Production Specialist - Full Time

Status: Full Time 
Location:  Arvada, CO
Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm 
Salary Range: $18-$20 per hour or based on experience

Summary: 

The Production Specialist will be responsible for providing support in the Production department through working positions on our filling lines, assisting in production line switchover, and assisting in other areas of Operations including pallet building, forklift driving, and shipping.  

Successful Implementation Of This Role Requires:

• Efficiently and accurately running filling production lines
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Assisting in production line cleanup and switchover
• Ability and desire to improve speed and efficiency of the production lines
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment 
• Attention to detail
• Moving pallets with a forklift or pallet jack (preferred, but not required)
• Flexibility to help assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities, as needed
